Leak Detector Offline: If you receive a Leak Detector offline alert, please check the signal strength and battery percentage of the Leak Detector (if battery and signal strength alerts have not been set up)  the GPS Dashboard under the device history. Acceptable average signal strength is between -70 to -80 dBm. Ideal battery level reading should average close to 80% for any month within the first 2 years of installation.

If signal or battery levels are within an acceptable range, please check if the Leak Detector has been tampered with or if there have been any changes in the environment. If signal or battery levels are outside of the acceptable range, then please contact our technical team.
